A: For a more accurate fitting it’s recommended to measure against bare skin and avoid any bulky clothing that may interfere when measuring your waist or hips.
B: Wrap the measuring tape around your high waist, mid waist, navel or hips where you want your strands to rest at on your body. Make sure that you're using correct posture. Hold the end of your measuring tape where the ZERO/0 is and measure at your navel and wrap it around your back to the front of your waist. The measuring tape should be horizontal across your midsection and fit snugly around your belly without digging or biting into your skin.
C: Take a look at your tape and take a deep breath and then exhale. After you've let out the deep breath, check the measurement on the tape. Your waist measurement will be at the place on the tape where the zero end meets the slack end of the tape measure. The number is that you see is your indicator for your measurement in inches.
